Been struggling with getting proper sleep for years — I’d fall asleep fine but wake up at stupid o’clock and just stare at the ceiling. First night on Lights Out, I slept through till my alarm, no groggy head, no weird dreams. Been taking them a couple of weeks now and I feel like a new man. Honestly didn’t expect much, but this stuff actually works.
I bought this as part of a Christmas gift for my husband. This is someone that has struggled with sleep since I've known him, which is 18 years, due to anxiety, trauma and other things. He took just one last night and slept from 11pm until 9am. I'm not sure he's ever done that. He sometimes is able to fall asleep very quickly but then wakes up and can't get back to sleep. His fitbit says he woke up twice for four minutes.
